Scope

Our operations include the systematic and regular monitoring and reporting on all aspects of the services involved. This is specific to each individual contract that we undertake. Reports are prepared regularly and include a formal check on client satisfaction with the services provided.

The provision of this dedicated supervisory and monitoring service is over and above the regular daily reporting that occurs and incurs no additional cost to the client.

We accept complete responsibility for transportation of all security personnel to and from their assigned place of work. This includes such contingency arrangements as may be necessary in the event of disruption to public transport services.

Controls

Our operational controls are broken down into the following four sections:

Main Board Director
A Board Director is assigned to each client company. He monitors all services on a daily basis to ensure that our high standards are maintained. Regular management liaison meetings are held and the director concerned is available at all times for reviews and consultation.

Patrol Management Systems
When our officers are required to undertake regular patrols of client's premises, a patrol management is established. Documentary proof of patrols are made available to clients, usually on a weekly basis, or more frequently if required.

Back-up Services
We undertake to provide a back-up service at all times to cover all individual security officers assigned to the contract. We will also meet in full any additional short-term needs for cover as these arise, for example in response to heightened security as a reaction to threats and terrorism.

Key-Holding and Alarm Response Services
With our keyholding and Alarm Response services, Hawkeye can protect your business premises at night time and weekends or any other high risk periods as agreed with the client.

This offers a more affordable yet reliable solution for secondary premises and smaller businesses where a dedicated round the clock personnel is not justifiable or required.

Our services cover the areas of Rapid Response, reliable keyholding, highly trained and dedicated professionals, 24/7 central management, situation specific professional advice and a high level of quality, not to mention the value for money.

Remote Video Surveillance
In collaboration with trusted partners, we offer a full range of surveillance camera and Intelligent Environment Monitoring products that integrate directly into your Local Area Network (LAN). read more about this new service offering

Conditions

Our operational conditions are broken down into the following three sections:

Associated Provisions and Conditions
We provide all necessary uniforms and other miscellaneous supplies required for the provision of services and these are to standards that meet all established corporate guidelines. Such provisions are free of charge to all personnel and regular replacements will also be provided.

Representative
We guarantee that our staff will be smart and well groomed at all times whilst on our clients’ premises. All personnel will, at all times, fully observe the corporation’s health and safety rules that are in force at the particular facility to which he or she is responsible.

Training

We recognize the importance of ongoing training for all levels of personnel. A full-time training officer conducts training courses for all potential new recruits. All training is to the S.I.A standard. Our aim is to assess each individual's level of competence and assignment suitability and to provide them with set minimum standards on which they can build with ongoing training. Where specialist knowledge is required to certification standard, relevant outside agencies such as the Security Industry Training Organization are used.

Consistent parts of the training include: General Security Duties; Security Law; Security Reporting; Conflict management; Fire Prevention and Fighting as well as First Aid.

The contract will ensure that all employees are fully capable of performing the required security duties, both prior to and during the period of employment.

The scale and nature of both on-site and off-site training will be mutually agreed with the client. We bear all costs of training.

Insurance

We will maintain, for the entire term of the agreement, cover in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed with the client. Our insurance arrangements are handled by a nationally-recognised, reputable and financially-responsible insurance company.
